本公司創立於1998年6月24日。創立時以拓展海外市場，從事貿易業務為宗旨。

1998年
6月於新莊成立台北總公司。以經營飾品出口為主要業務。主要市場：日本。

1999年
於中國廣東省東莞市長安鎮烏沙江貝新村設立第一個辦事處。
開始從事三角貿易之出口業務。
同年於法蘭克福參展，拓展歐洲市場。

3月，因業務擴展需要，將廣東辦事處遷移至東莞市長安鎮城市花園。
5月，因業務擴展需要，將浙江辦事處遷移至義烏市江東四區。
